Refund Policy (3-Day No Questions Asked)
We believe in our digital products and want you to feel confident buying from us. Hence:

You can request a refund within 3 calendar days from the date of purchase.

The refund request must be made by emailing support@ecomempirehub.in with your order details (order ID, name, email).

No explanation or justification is required — we honor it as a “no questions asked” policy.
2. Conditions

The refund is only valid if no substantial portion of the digital product has been consumed (e.g. watched >50%, downloaded full content, etc.).

We may require proof of usage or logs to confirm eligibility.

After the refund is processed, your access to the digital product will be revoked immediately.
3. Refund Processing Time

Once approved, refunds generally take 5–10 business days (depending on payment processor, bank, etc.).

You will receive a notification when refund is processed.
4. Final Decision
We reserve the right to refuse a refund if we find misuse or violation of our terms. But within the 3-day window and valid conditions, refunds will be honored.
