Refund Policy (3-Day No Questions Asked)


We believe in our digital products and want you to feel confident buying from us. Hence:

1. Eligibility for Refund

  • You can request a refund within 3 calendar days from the date of purchase.

  • The refund request must be made by emailing support@ecomempirehub.in with your order details (order ID, name, email).

  • No explanation or justification is required — we honor it as a “no questions asked” policy.

2. Conditions

  • The refund is only valid if no substantial portion of the digital product has been consumed (e.g. watched >50%, downloaded full content, etc.).

  • We may require proof of usage or logs to confirm eligibility.

  • After the refund is processed, your access to the digital product will be revoked immediately.

3. Refund Processing Time

  • Once approved, refunds generally take 5–10 business days (depending on payment processor, bank, etc.).

  • You will receive a notification when refund is processed.

4. Final Decision

We reserve the right to refuse a refund if we find misuse or violation of our terms. But within the 3-day window and valid conditions, refunds will be honored.
